Set army formation!

Army formations if used properly can drastically decrease your casualties making you best commander in a valley

Hints:
Select an army and click parameters button. Click on Configure Formation. Move troops to the best location from your point of view (use arrows near icons, moving marksmen to 3rd row is recommended), then edit a formation name to be saved and press Save button. After that, return to tactics (via City menu), select all armies (select all button), re-open parameters (parameters button), choose newly configured formation from formation combo box and apply it

Assuming you haven't created a new formation yet...

Click on "Profile" under the "Personal" menu
Go to "Army Formations" and adjust the formation how you like.
Change "Default" to the name you prefer, and hit save.
» You are unable to edit the default formation directly
Go back to tactics view and select your army
Click on the "Army settings" button
Double click on the formation you wish to use
