Prepare for capture!
You need to invest resources to the library to improve your city control ability. After improved, you should select a settlement that you wish a capture. If it belongs to the active player, you will require to declare a war against him. You need to siege (command) the city castle with your leader (hero) during 24 hours. Since there probably will be resistance, it is a good idea to split your army into two, one with hero and few troops (protection) sieging a castle, and another at the same cell ready to fight anyone that will appear in the sight
Hints:
Invest resources (any sum suits for investing) and raise your city control ability to level 2

It is time to invest into your library, so you can conquer other lands!
  • Click on your library
  • You should see 'Next knowledge level require '

  • Take a look at "Cities you can control currently: 1"
