Everything about tech support


Tech support was created to help players in case they encounter an error in the game, and also as a way to report errors in the game process.
You should contact the tech support in case any game problems arise, or if you find some errors or mistakes. You can also contact the tech support if:

you have a problem with financial operations
your account gets blocked
you cannot enter the game
you want to change or recover the security code
other questions arise, that you do not know how to resolve after looking through the forum or Help page.
It is easy to contact the tech support – you have to click “support” in the bottom of the page, select the required game (1100AD) and fill out the form to submit a message to the tech support.
Fields that are necessary to fill out are marked with a *.
Name: – your name; how you want tech support staff to call you.
E-mail: – your email address, where the response will be sent to.
Nick: – your in-game name.
Server: game server name.
Category: – main category of your question. It is needed to quickly understand what to do with your message.
Priority: – priority of your message. Do not set the highest priority right away, try to be objective.
Subject: – the main idea (subject) of your message, that gives more details than the category.
Message: – the text of the message. Try to provide as many details as possible about your problem, so that tech support can replicate and quickly fix your problem. The problem will be resolved quicker if there are lots of details provided about your problem.
Attachments – any file you attach. If you have made a screenshot, or you want to attach any other file that will help the developers in solving the problem, use this option. The “Browse” button will help you to select the file you want to send.

Before sending the message, make sure you have written all the necessary information and you described the problem in as many details as possible. If you can replicate the problem, try to do it, and then please write in as many details as possible how you were able to replicate this error.

A response will be sent to the email address you have specified.

Tips:

Before contacting the tech support, look through the forum, as maybe other players have encountered the same error and there is already a solution to it. Make sure that game guides (Help) do not have an answer to your problem. Tech support is needed for quick resolution of urgent problems.

Before sending the message re-read it. Is the problem described in as many details as possible?

If there are two or more errors/comments, and they are completely different, please do not put them in one message (ticket), but instead make another one. Don' t create more than one ticket per one problem.

Suggestions to the game should be discussed on the Forum, in the Suggestions, instead of sending it to tech support. Your message on the forum will be read by game developers, instead of sending them to tech support. You can also check out the forum to see whether the suggestion has been made before.

Do not swear or insult other players or game administration. Try to be as polite as possible.

Try to describe your problem in as many details and as clear as possible. By providing lots of details about your problem, the problem will be resolved faster.
