Today's restart brought following changes to 1100AD servers:

News and updates:
* Paper lumps removed from loot tables;
* Festive tree removed from cities;
* Paper lumps unavailable at Blacksmith;
* Artifact Storage is placed in the list of buildings, but unavailable for creation;
* Artifact Storage parameters are changed: now it has 20 levels of upgrades; only one Storage per city is allowed;
* 'Rewrite troops' option removed from player menu on Aquitaine server;
* New bastions on Aquitaine server emerge more often.

Bugfixes:
* Fixed bug when e-mail verification quest was available for player more than once;
* Fixed bug on Aquitaine server, when Obelisk of Glory moving required additional reputation.
