So it's Good Friday - the day both joyful and sad. Joyful - because Easter is so close already, and sad, because on this day Jesus Christ - a prophet and a healer - was crucified by the cruel people whom he was trying to bring the light of truth.
Therefore, one should abstain from gluttony on such Friday and devote oneself to thinking about the persistent overcoming of life’s challenges and adversities and what goal is to put in one's life. If you look deeply into your soul, on this Friday you should definitely be able to find answers that are reasonable and correct.
