We are happy to announce that we have introduced a new support system to help you out if you have any in-game issues. It is not much different appearance wise, and we hope that you will not have any trouble getting used to the new support system.
The link to the support system has also changed – it is now http://support.ambergames.com/ . Don’t worry if you have accidentally entered the old address – you will be redirected to the new system automatically.
If you have an open ticket in our old system, then the only way you will be able to see it is by following the link from the email you received when creating said ticket. If you have lost that link, please make a ticket in the new system, and we will help you out.
