I keep hearing stuff about not being able to take over a city in holy Grail Search without first declaring war...well, i declared war to this town for about two weeks and he hasn't responded! (BUT HE IS AN ACTIVE PLAYER, BECAUSE HIS CITY KEEPS GROWING) Does that mean I can't take over cities that decide to ignore me?!?! that's just dumb!!! then no one would actually go to war because their city is weaker then their enemy!! THIS SHOULD BE FIXED!!!
