1) i have to send my army somewhere far and to wait when it will return home
2) it is my risk - actually i am not shure that there will be exact small army and if there any important allies
3) actually i will not receive all of his sum
So i can agree for 200 , but less sum will be a deal with patron (2nd 3rd time or smth like this)
