aren't this type of control points produced at the library? at the obelisk you get control points for vassals & mercenaries

Ravenia, thanks for pointing that out. I did not read the beginning post, my mistake...bazar156, to capture another city you need to donate to the library and get 100% in knowledge to be able to capture another town.
