Cant seem to order any Horse Archers. Can get anything else..... Have plenty of resources and Stars. IE: 56 Footpads Available

This has nothing to do with the Beta Problem as i can get the other Mercs.

You need for horse archers to arrive to your kingdom in order to be able to hire them.

its random but is quicker the higher the lvl your oblisk is...

Like I said its random, also people from your valley could also be hiring them out (if I understand mercenaries right...)...
