depends, I've been on the battle field with over 40,000 troops on it (total, not just mine)

for melee troops no, for ranged troops yes

all troops can cross any type of buildings or terrain, however wall prevents cavalry and siege from passing.

i just upgraded my barracks twice and it just put three lvl one barraks

buddy only have one barrack for now and upgrade that one after u get it like high lvl and stuff and ur farther in game then u can build more then one if u like, ima send a troop of there to "aid" i can help u if u want, like tell u where is a good place to put stuff and watever
