In the building actions panel (Overview tab), next to the regular "Upgrade" button, there's a new button called "Upgrade to Max" (ot_btn_upgradeMax). It lets you buy several building levels in one go instead of upgrading one
level at a time.

The button only appears when all of the following conditions are met:

- the building isn't damaged and is currently operating normally;
- there's no construction order already queued for this position;
- the building hasn't already reached its maximum level;
- the commander has an active VIP subscription (grants the auto-upgrade privilege);
- the commander has enough of every artifact required to upgrade the building all the way to its highest level.

If even a single required artifact is missing, the button isn't shown at all. This is intentional: the button spends artifacts immediately with no separate confirmation dialog, so it isn't offered unless the whole purchase can
actually go through.

Hovering over the button shows a list of everything needed to reach the maximum level — resources and artifacts, each with an icon and amount.

What happens when you press the button

- The system immediately buys as many levels as the city can currently afford — including wood/stone/food, population, gold, diamonds, and artifacts. There's no extra confirmation dialog — pressing the button itself is the
confirmation.
- If at any level there isn't enough of a plain resource, population, or some other requirement, the chain simply stops there — the building gets upgraded up to the highest level it can reach, not necessarily all the way to
the maximum.
- One construction order is created, whose build time matches only the next (first unpaid) level — the remaining prepaid levels are applied instantly once that order finishes.
- If the order is cancelled before it finishes (e.g. the building is demolished or the order is removed from the queue), everything already paid for — including gold, diamonds, and artifacts — is refunded.

Automatic background upgrading

If the commander has auto-upgrade enabled (city-level or per-building toggle), it now works on the same principle: the background process (runs every 71 seconds) also automatically pays for gold, diamonds, and artifacts when
available — previously such buildings were entirely skipped by the background process and never got auto-upgraded.

NB! Autoupgrade do not work if there are marauders in city!

ADDITIONAL CHANGES:
1. Max amount of locations where autobuild can be enabled = 10. Kingdom register at Winter Residence allows check where autobuild enabled
