The worst wipeout I've had in Snow rider happened at the exact moment I was finally feeling confident. Long clean run, rhythm locked in, hands relaxed. Then a gift box appeared off to the side, I leaned just a fraction too far, clipped a tree, and watched my whole run fold in half about two seconds before what felt like a personal best. I sat there staring at the screen like the game had personally wronged me.
