hello all, i just bought a "university" special building with diamonds in eurasia, i have the 9 blocks square space and the lv 20 castle as required, but i just cannot build it? anyone knows why??

sometimes it depends on where on the city map you are clicking. trying clicking on all 9 open spaces until you get the option to build it. Also, you need to go to the gift section tab in order to build diamond purchased buildings.
