And in order to properly celebrate the upcoming holidays, we have prepared something special for you:

WINTER WONDERLAND
All cities now have a pretty Christmas tree! Once in 12 hours it will lighten up meaning that there is a present underneath! Keep visiting the tree and look for new and pleasant presents! There you could find resources, unique soldiers, coins, gold and diamonds.


NEW MINI-GAME
In the Christmas tree menu you will be able to participate in a completely new mini-game! The rules are quite simple:
You need to align in a row or a column 3, 4 or 5 elements of the same kind. You will receive points, depending on how many elements you’ve aligned. Accumulate points and receive great prizes! More games mean better prizes. Once in 12 hours a player gets 10 free turns. Everyone can have a go! In addition to that we are also making a contest for highest point score in mini-game! Top 10 players with most points will receive following prizes:
- 1st place: +5000 snow leopards, +5000 white bears, +3 mercenary location control points, 40th level free hero, big artifact set, 500 diamonds and +1 Order skill of player's choice.
- 2nd place: +3000 snow leopards, +5000 white bears, +2 mercenary location control points, 40th level free hero, medium artifact set, 300 diamonds and +1 Order skill of player's choice.
- 3rd place: +1000 snow leopards +1000 white bears, +1 mercenary location control point, 40th level free hero, small artifact set, 100 diamonds and +1 Order skill of player's choice.
- 4th -5th places: 5th level Artifact Storage, three 3rd level Strongboxes, artifact set, 50 diamonds, free 24th level free holiday heroine.
- 6th-10th places: 5th level Strongbox + artifact set, 25 diamonds, free 24th level free holiday heroine.
Attention: Order can get only one such prize.

This year we are following our tradition of doing good things and bring joy to children, whose smile is the best gift for us all, so 20% of all the funds gathered via mini-game we will donate to one or two of the children's home in Riga.

NEW MERCENARY LOCATION
New Year with new possibilities! New location “Vladimir Kremlin” is available to all the players for building via mark tower. Location is land-based and will bring its owner 2000 Mercenary Points on servers with 1lvl locations, 1800 - 3600 – 7200 MP on servers with 3lvl locations, 740 - 1600 - 3330 - 6200 – 9550 MP on servers with 5lvl locations.
In addition to the new location a new unit can join your army – “Russian Horsearcher”. This unit is very good against Norman spearman and his attack and speed rate is greater than any other mounted archer has.


NEW HOLIDAY TROOPS
This year Santas are getting help from snow leopards and white bears. These units don’t require MP and population, but are limited in numbers.
Snow leopards and white bears can be obtained via game shop, win as a present at Christmas tree and in daily lottery, get as a prize in mini-game or they can simply pay you a visit themselves!
Snowmen and Santas this year will be available only via special promos and in mini-game.


NEW ARTIFACTS
We bring two new artifacts to your attention:
1. Charlemagne’s crown. This artifact needs to be forged at blacksmith using special ingredients. Among usual ingredients you will also need two new ones - Pearl and Amethyst, you can win them in the new mini-game or buy in an auction. The crown provides +1 City control points and is usable only once.

2. Ancient Standart of Aragon. This artifact needs to be created in from available ingredients. The artifact will provide +1 Mercenary location point and is usable only once.
Attention: after using any of these artifacts City control point or Location control point needs to be accepted in kingdom events.


QUEST LOCATION - LAPONIA
Temporary festival location of Laponia is guarded by angry snowmen, but even novices can fight them. You can get many pleasant surprises there, like resources, diamonds, gold, troops. You can also get antlers by eliminating location defenders. You can use antlers to get trebuchets.

KINGDOMS (Eurasia, Unification of Aragon, Livonian Order, Holy Grail Search, Kingdom of Bohemia)
Masters will be able to create their own kingdom in servers (Eurasia, Aragon, Livonia, Grail, Bohemia). To create a kingdom, a player needs to conquer Fortress* and create a capital, by building Pau castle in one of his cities. Process of kingdom creation will be done via Pau castle.
King can develop his kingdom by upgrading new skills that will offer additional bonuses for all his subjects. The kingdom system will be further developed in the future.
* In order to conquer the fortress, first a player needs to donate resources in ruins. This can be done via Temple building (a new tab is added there). A plyer will be able to donate resources only in those ruins which are in the region of his city.

CHANGES AND BUGFIXES
1. Combat log now has information about death of any army.
2. Fixed a bug with order truce not working sometimes.
3. Fixed a bug with showing artifacts in the end log that comes to players mail.
4. Fixed a bug with point scoring in order’s battle rank.
5. From 8.12.2014 till 15.01.2015 all servers have army limit of 45 armies in 1 campaign, and limit for simultaneous attacking troops in one army is increased 3 times [More info at forum].
6. Chat has now two new elements: snowflake and gift.
