I was just playing on eurasia and had to refresh and the game wouldn't load.
I've tried clicking 'play' several times but that doesnt seem to work either :/
There is a red dot in front of the server does this mean its undergoing maintenance or something?

That means that the server is currently not available, for any reason.
I can assure you though that Ambergames will try to bring the service back up asap. Just have some patience! If it's a longer down-time and/or a rollback is needed for any reasons, usually a compensation will be granted. Any questions concerning this should be directed at the support team.
