I currently have 9 cities in each servers. When are we getting any news or official announcement about this incoming change, and when is it planning to happen?

And since I am a forum moderator, it's unlikely that it was posted with me missing it. Possible, but unlikely! Obviously, since I - like Hakushi - have accounts on both servers, I'd like to know more about this, too. And please do remember the somewhat lacking information policy before the last server merge! We need to know about such a drastic change a lot earlier and in detail, if it's actually happening.
