cucullhan in case you didn't know...not every Developer is a tech person and can answer every question. And that is why there are Support tickets. You need to have some patience, but if you actually post your problem on forums, maybe somebody else can help you. But since you are saying that you are owed gold, then it must be done through a Support ticket.
