That was during the christmas holidays. You can't expect support to be there at that time.

That being said, from what I've heard you need to wait for an answer from support for about 2-5 working days (in general). It also highly depends on what the problem is and how the ticket is written.

On a side note, maybe - just maybe, I have no such information - support isn't even working until 2014. Or only one person is working during that time, I don't know.

My advice would be to have more patience at this point and once 2014 has come maybe try to contact playground, or he will answer here himself.

got answer but not solved the problems

got a new map and activated it!

found the vally + location but no lost city there ??

tried to send campaing to all not build locations in the whole vally and found no lost city !!

severall members of my order helped me to try to find the town !

another member of my order had a map also and found his town on the location indicated on his map !!
he gave me the location and i could send a test campaing there whithout any problems !

wrote support again and no answer up to now !!

very angry at the moment and loosing my fun to play in this game !!

my map gone now and no lost city appeared in both vallies where i had a treasure map from, according to the message about lost cities the losy city should become vissible after map is gone or taken !!!
