October 29th till November 12th 1100AD celebrates the darkest and most mysterious festival of the year - Halloween. Join the festivities - big-bellied pumpkins, mysterious tree dispensing gifts, cheerful pumpkin battles, prizes and special festival items just for the time of celebration - all this awaits!
So, what exactly will this festival bring?


In the darkest autumn night, the Halloween night (31.10.2013 23:59 server time) every player will get festive event with resources.


Just for the time of celebration new holiday elements for coat of arms are available for 50 gold. When festival ends, those elements won't be available for purchase anymore.
And we discounted personal coat of arms creation price to 450 gold (was 500 gold). Get more for your money!

MYSTERIOUS TREE AND GIFTS:
On October 29th mysterious tree will appear in every city. Every 12 hours players will be able to collect a gift that appears between crooked branches or knotty roots. This valuable gift may contain a 1 to 5 level artifact, resources, troops, diamonds or even gold.


While mysterious trees are growing in your cities, you may participate in cheerful pumpkin battle! Now we have 4 types of pumpkins and we offer you to try all of them. Every pumpkin is available as a location drop, and can be bought as well at auction or in game shop (you can buy pumpkins stacked by 10, 25 or 100 in game shop). Any pumpkin can be upgraded at Blacksmith's.

How to play?
To play a pumpkin battle send invitation to your adversary - click the button in his/hers profile: Both you and your opponent should have pumpkin artifact activated. To activate the pumpkin, use it on a hero. The mightier your pumpkin is, the more chances to win you have. You can upgrade your pumpkins at Blacksmith's.

If all conditions are met, battle will occur automatically, and its results are displayed in "Battles" tab in the mysterious tree menu. As well winner will receive kingdom event with reward gift.


ACHIEVEMENT: PUMPKIN MASTER
New game achievement for all the achievement lovers! Participate in pumpkin battles and earn Pumpkin Master title. The more pumpkin battles you have, the higher achievement rank you'll have - up to the 3th, highest rank!

CONTEST: BEST PUMPKIN FIGHTER!
We gather win and loss statistics for every player who ever participated in pumpkin battle. Top 10 players from every server will receive special prizes after the event end. Best server player will receive 3rd level Livonian castle; best player among all servers - 5th level Livonian castle (if the winner is from server where you cant upgrade locations - s/he will receive 4 Livonian castles instead)!
Players are awarded in 2 categories: most battles played and most battles won.

Please note that if same player wins in both categories, only one prize applies (most battles won).

Prizes:
1st place: +1 Mercenary location control point, 3 new artifacts*, and set of city bonuses** for a city of player's choice.
2nd place: +1 Mercenary location control point, 3 new artifacts*.
3rd place: +1 Mercenary location control point, Shield of Cataphract.
4th-5th places: 5th level Artifact Storage + artifact set.
6th-10th places: 3rd level Strongbox building + artifact set.

* New artifacts: Composite Bow, German Hunter Crossbow, Cataphract Shield. You can find their descriptions below.
** Set of city bonuses: +1000 population, +1000 mercenary points, +30% to resource extraction speed.

NEW GAME SHOP ITEMS:

Pretty pumpkin gifts for your friends: every pumpkin may contain as special kingdom event, as 1st to 4th level artifacts.
You can get those pumpkins in loot too.
