  Hi,
I was redirected here to ask this~ Hopefully someone can give some insights. I have the 'password and user mismatch' error when trying to log in at home. I have cleared my cache, tried running on chrome,firefox and IE. Strangest thing is that I can instead play in the office. I can also log in to forum and so my password/user is sound.
Any ideas? |

There is no harm in asking here aswell, maybe somebody can help here, but what I actually meant was writing a support ticket here: http://support.ambergames.com/login That's the way to contact the actual support service from the provider of 1100ad, the "official" way to get support.  |
