chester23	on: 07 Jan 2013 [05:28] Whether you are AIDING your own forces or that of your ally's capturing a city, you must send an ATTACK to that city. That is because you are attacking the owner of that city. Besides, if you are capturing that city, the game won't let you aid the same city you are capturing.
