Cannot receive supplies to either town from 'town in question'. have ample carts in all towns and markets are maxed. moved hero to town in question to see if that would make a difference - it did not. this has got me. i used to get supplies from 'town in question' regularly. -

crimson	on: 05 Dec 2012 [15:39] What server? If you know how to unlock the group that the carts are in, you do not need to answer that. You just need to have a group of carts in a unlocked group in the city which has the resources you want to transfer.
