Got the Edict Artifact and Royal Order artifact. One is in Russian and says 24 hrs for Edict 1 and 72 hrs for Edict 2. The Royal Order is in English and normally what I use to put out riots. They look Identical. Are they the same and this is just a glitch? If not, what do the edict I & II artifacts do?

It is a new artifact that helps increase the number of a certain mercenary showing up to hire...but it is only in Russian and needs to be translated to English and probably every other language.

These artifacts are confusing because they share the same exact image as the Royal Order. I also noticed these, they are level one artifacts while the Royal Order is a level three artifact. They should have their own image to prevent confusion, some kind of letter with maybe a small image of the troop they are referred to could be an idea.

Hey, I'm still waiting to know what these royal council edicts do. There is no description in the Wiki and there is a long (mouse over) description in Russian. I'm really curious to know what it says.

castle mercs? So I don't have to spend 50 gold? Or is it Obelisk mercs? Would I get an increase over my merc hut allowance? You're killing me here and I don't to use the artifact without knowing what it does . . .
