Is there a way to destroy another player's mark tower? Before a player builds whatever they plan to build there?

You can destroy the mark tower by sending troops there.

Your troops have to attack the tower directly. The time to destroy this tower depends on the distance between the city from where your troops came and the tower position in the valley. The time does NOT depend on the number of troops you send there. However,
- you have to send your troops early enough so that the tower can be destroyed before it is finished (24h construction time)
- you have to be aware that the owner (or one of his friends) of the tower will defend this tower.
