can you capture another players fort/contour? if so how long does it take to capture and is it set up just like a city capture? also do you need points for camp or city or anything of that nature to capture it or gold ? thanks

yes, kind of...you can capture it, but then it is automatically demolished 4 hours after you capture it. you can not prevent the demolish of the fort.
yes, just like capturing any other place (but you do not need a city point to do so). the time it takes to capture is 12-24 hours, this is dependent on the castle level that the owner can level up to increase capture time.
I'm pretty sure you need war but I'm not entirely sure. no gold is needed.
