How do you move troops between your cities? I need to move troops from one of my cities to another that I own.

use the aid button. look straight up from the attack button in the attack screen. |

I select the city that I want to send troops from. Then select the attack menu. From there I can select troops with the "aid" function selected. However I can not select the city that I want to send the troops to. The only cities that I can select are cities that I do not own. |

OK, do this:
go to the town where you want to send your troops too. access the attack screen from that town. now, top right of this screen, you should see, "my cities" with a list of your cities just under that. click the town that has those troops you wish to send. now, select the troops you wish to send then click "aid". |

there's an another way :
if you want to send troops from a city you click on it's name from the list that Crimson mentioned ,and when you want to select the city that you want to send troops to ,you click on the small square next to it's name from the same list.
