Does capturing a fortress require a City Control Point or a Mercenary camp point?

No, it doesn't require either a City Control Point or a Mercenary camp point, but make sure you buy more game gold for it's further developement.

Not all is discounted... how do I get what should have been discounted credited back to my account? (or is that just a bad translation and "ALL" should read "some"?)
