Hi,

I captured a second city and found it did not have a rally point. When I tried to build one there was no option for one to click on and build under the building tab ?

I double checked and there is not rally point listed under the information tab.

I have a rally point in my first city which I built as part of the tutorial

Is building the rally point tied to the tutorial and thus the opportunity to build it gone?

Any ideas?
