I find the offer not really "balanced"...
What about 2000 on Outremer AND 2000 on Bohemia, since they are both limited to that amount? Against 3900 on Crusade, that sounds much fairer to me...

I do not limit the mercs on outremer. Let me rephrase. I will provide max on outremer in exchange for max on crusade and I will not accept less than 3900 on crusade
