sorry for the second post, but as you can see the first did not work. I am about a week into this and I put together a small force of various types about a hundred strong and sent them to the city(0 level no known owner) to rob it. I had done this before to other like cities and after about fifteen minutes of battle(swords) they returned with a small amount of resources. This time the swords continue for a couple of hours. I put together another smaller force(bonus hero) and sent them to reinforce first army. Now 24 hours later they are both still fighting. What is going on?

I will delete it right away. Are you sure that you specified the mission of your campaign to be "robbing". To me, this sounds like you sent them out on a normal "attack". I would suggest you return them on your own, by clicking the "Leave city" button under the tactics view. Let's see if that works ... On the tactical servers, you can destroy buildings with them, something like this is not yet introduced on aragon. You can craft special artifacts there. For that, you need the parts first, though. Huts are not owned by players, but one can build a fort around them, in that way "claiming" them as their own. See: http://www.1100ad.de/wiki/Adventure_Huts Also, in case it is still possible: Would you please try to use the edit button instead of a new post all the time? |

heroes skills affects are much different on aragon server. you have rounds in battle. each round consists of 1 minute. troops deal damage in that one minute. after the round is over, total damage is calculated and is dispersed to each player and a new round starts. at the beginning of each round, a hero select one unit type (swordsman, archers, highwaymen, knights, etc) and for that round, that unit receives that hero's skills. now, i'm pretty sure the same unit type can be selected by another hero too so the same 100/60/20/0 (% reduction in the skill's effectiveness) penalties exists for each same skill stacked. |
