marketplace needs room to process. in the marketplace, under the picture, is the storage area. make sure you have enough room.

And you are 100% sure you have space in your marketplace for those 3 resources upon arrival of the resources? This make absolutely no sense since that is the only possible cause for missing resources from trade. if you do not have enough space in the storehouse, the marketplace will simply hold the resources until space become available in the storehouse so it can't be from not enough space in the storehouse... If you are 100% sure of the free space in the marketplace upon arrival of resources, then I suggest making a support ticket but you will need proof if you wish to get help. this problem is, by far, much easier to denounce because of the fact you need free space in the market to process resources. many players have trouble knowing this fact.

I know this might sound as a silly question but have all of the carts returned to your city yet? Other things to check: - market place has been upgraded to lv 20 so u can trade max goods - check the trade tab to see if anything went missing due to lack of space - make sure no build queues have used the resources as they came in Sorry if this sounds like basic stuff but I can't see any other way for your resources to go missing and I haven't experienced this problem yet :(

Does anyone know when the actual transfer of resources actually happens? I watched my return trades carefully today and when the carts arrived back to my city, I didn't get any resources? I think there may be some merit to this problem :(

scaryman, is this for aragon? there have been 3 cases of this issue showing up on the English forums. This could be a legit bug... I will contact the developers on this issue.

Ok, I have been testing this for a day now and I can't pick when it happens but I just completed a trade and didn't receive any resources. (didn't get my 15k of iron ). I have screen shots to show it too but I'm not too flash on how to post it here or if I should post it.

I won't put the screen shots up here as I have created a support ticket and added the screen shots there. This is definitely an issue and it is on the Aragon server. Wish I paid more attention to it earlier

Well I have a support ticket in, it has been moved to the developers and I am yet to hear anything of it. I have put multiple screen shots of two problems below happening: 1) when you trade for a resource and it is returning to you city, you don't get the resources as it says that your market is full. This is not correct all of the time as I tested it by doing a single trade for 1000 iron and it came up with that error (even when the market was empty) 2) When the return of trades don't give you any resources at all. I also tested this by doing a single trade and nothing was received at any point of the trade but the trade messages advised that the trade was successful. Not too sure what else I can do as they have multiple screen shots of the problem. It is a pain but as you do, I try to avoid using the market as much as possible.
