I have a library and an obelisk and an army, I'm trying to send some scouts to the next town to explore, but can't work out how to do it. I tried declaring war, but couldn't add any demands or change the amount of days to respond.
What am I doing wrong please?

Didn't you get a failure message? You are supposed to get one.
Anyway, on aragon you need at least one hero in every campaign you send. Also, you can not take over a city until you have a free city control point (-> donate to the library to get one).

OK thanks schnitzer I need to donate to the library to get the free city control point. But after that I should be good to go yes?
