One of the got banned, I among a lot of players were trying to get his mercenary camps and cities but we fail because, we did not declare war before he got banned. Now, some players Could declare war against him, after he is banned!!! Please explain…

hmm... mikha2, mikha3... makes one wonder... Also, I think you are referring to mikha3's account being declared war upon. If this is correct, you will notice that account is a vassal to muzaav1974. Consequently, if muzaav1974 is declared war upon and accepts, that also means mikha3 will go to war automatically.

mikha is a Family nick name, they are my cousines and living in the same compund.
and since it is exam season they are band from playing games, family orders!!!!
hence, they can't write a ticket.

I just said, "make one wonder". never did I say that it's proof of multi-accounting. I absolutely agree with you that having the same name does not prove anything. You even provided a great example of a reason, "Family nick name", or etc. What I meant by saying that is that having the same name makes you a target, simply put, its a small red flag which may warrant a small investigation and if any more red flags comes up, a larger investigation may take place...
