Im interested to know..
I work as an underwriter, helping to provide finance for people who need money to purchase cars/bikes/vans etc.. I love my job as I get to speak to a lot of people and help them out. |

I own and operate a small construction company. We provide employment to a crew that averages 10 to 12 people. We do a lot of apartment and condo remodeling and finishing in high rises and have recently expanded to commercial buildings.
With any luck and the right investors we are hoping to develop a 12 hectare tract of land into 45 to 50 homes. At this time business is good. I hope it stays that way.  |

I'm a translator and interpreter, and a university lecturer (now on hiatus)..
Past jobs (incl. temping as a student): stevedore, bouncer, night guard at a theatre, morgue watchman, car-park attendant, anorak seller, interpreter (that's where it started!), copywriter, debt collector (oh, the sweet underworld of my youth  ), session bass-guitarist, voice-over artist, sightseeing guide for grockles, field radio operator, office assistant, book peddlar... whatnot...
Oh, and I'm a writer, too . Began to get my short-stories published in 2009. |
