There is someone looking to join my order and he is currently at war with 4 players. I dont care that he is at war we will protect him. My question is does my whole order go to war or is it just him?
The reason i ask is i have a few newer players that are building up. I need to know if i should tell them to keep there eyes open for anyone trying to attack them.

The only diplomacies that apply to the whole order are those made to or by the order master.
In short: Only he will be at war with them, no worries.
