If I create watchtowers at both side of fort entrance ( as we enter using only single entrance of fort ), enemies cannot bring in cavalry or machines inside and they can only destroy walls that are more than 5 points away unless I accept war in which case they can destroy it and no way cavalry will enter the fort?

correction :-
If I create watchtowers at both side of fort entrance ( as everyone enters using only single entrance of fort ), enemies cannot bring in cavalry or machines inside and they can only destroy walls that are less than 5 points away by standing at entrance ( since they cannot move in further due to watchtowers on both sides of entrance ) unless I accept war in which case they can destroy watchtowers and go further in and no way cavalry will enter the fort without war too.

Watchtowers are quite vulnerable to siege attack, but i think they would stop any enemy troops passing over them... so you should be ok so long as you aren't at war with anybody. Im not entirely sure though that watchtowers can't be destroyed in peacetime, but it sounds like it would be worth a try.

they can only be demoed if in war...not like walls or gates. brick0, if it is Bohemia you are talking about, if you never accept war, they can never (well, they can but it does not involve your fort...) get anything but foot troops past your watch tower...
