1) I start training archers in one city but after training finishes they appear in other town...
2) marauders killing troops in my town and no any report... they just disapear...

in aragon server (its the only server with this type of game play) trained troops appear in a town with a rally point built. so just build rally point in one town.
no battle reports for your towns in argaon yet (or at least I don't think there is)
