I suggest you tell us in which Valley is your protégé. I think it is hard to offer guidance, protection and help to prosper to someone who lives far away from your own armies...
As you know, on Aragon, each army needs to be led by a hero which means it involves costs and logistics... It is not only about sending some of your soldiers alone in your Vassal's city like what it might be common to do on other servers.
