so i have this ally. and he asked for my help from his enemies. so me being nice, i send troops to protect his city and in return i get nothing. now since i send troops, we have been allies and i still protect him. so in a way i am his lord right? so he is not my vassal, yet. now when i get a vassal point what should be the terms. i protect him and what should i get from him. ?????? or glory points. or that tax thingy. those of you with vassals can you tell me what are your terms?

Mercenary points or/and gold. Talk to him about it and if he agrees to be your vassal, dissolve the treaty and send a new one with the terms agreed upon.

one of the best ways to make ghold at the moment is to alli noobs for like 20 gold and say somthing like
" if you dont accept by in 24 hours you city will be gone"
but i do have to agree with jkjoshiah that it is realy meen.....
imagine youve been playing this game for a few weeks....
you'v built up your city and your doing realy well.....
but then some realy powerfull guy come up and says give me all you money or die....
