Thanks for all your answers... this game is very complex and i really apreciate the help. So in the slave market building i have this info:

Slave market gives you ability to hire slaves in your cities, using obelisk or fountain.
Mercenaries to hire - 10.
Mercenaries to hire by your order members - 10.
Mercenaries to hire by your first level vassals - 3.
This building provides you 250 mercenary points.
Your order members will share 250 mercenary points.

This means i get 10 stars a day? do not understand very well what is this 10... because with the 250 stars i can for sure hire much more that 10 Mercenaires...

No... one slave market = 250 stars... so maximum is 250 slaves. I think... i am still new at this and have alot of doubts

you get enough stars to hire 250 slaves, but if you have extra stars from your obelisk or other adventure huts, you can hire up to 500 slaves.
