Is trade one-way? What I mean is does trade only go from a new settlement to your original settlement. I have moved resources from my new settlement to my original settlement, but when I try to move resources from original to new settlement the resources in my original settlement are listed as zero. All my other issues were because of my ignorance about this game or just plain studpidity lol so is there a button I'm not clicking or what. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a similar problem, I was able to conduct my first transfer without problems and now I can't transfer any goods from town A to B or B to A. I have 100 carts in city A and 50 carts in city B and no campaigns or trades are in session,
When i click on tactics, I have 100 carts at the rally point for city A and 50 at the rally point for city B.
I think this feature needs to be included in the tutorial or the interface signifcantly changed as there are so mnay posts about it getting locked up with no way to transfer goods.

#1 you need carts for transport in your Original City

#2 make sure you have enough Market space open in your original City.
if your Market holds say 15000 (Coal etc.) and you have already 2 offers of say Trade 5000 coal for 5000 Iron, that means you would only have 5000 coal space open..If you try to sent than 10000 Coal to your 2. City it shows not enough resources, no matter if you still have a full storage. You would have to cancel 1 of your offers first in order to open up needed space.

Ty MRHICKS...I tried what you said and it works. Also, this should be and probably has been posted dozens of times, but the supply tab in the marketplace needs to be changed up. It really should be simple.
1)Click the town you want to send it to,
2)type the amount of resources you want to send
3)Select the resource you want to send
and 4thly, move the "spend 100 gold" for "i don't know what" button(maybe the reosurces i'm supplying to my other city)???
Move it so far that there is no way of pressing the spend 100 gold button when you really mean to send/recieve resources.

one problem, what of the carts to carry the resources?

spend 100 gold" for "i don't know what

that button give the ability to transfer resources instantly instead of having to wait for carts to get to city
