Hi,
I'm trying to take control of a "noCommander" city, and I find their castle, click the castle, and click "Capture the City"... But it comes up saying "No free city control points" what does this mean, and how can I make it so I can capture the city? If I can't why not? :S

you get 1 city control point for building the library. to get additional city control points, you must invest resources in the library. The level of the library affects how many resources you need to invest to increase your city control points. |
