I like to make topic about this because im confused can i make new library and give lower resource or i must give 9370 resource???

just make ure library lvl 10. And search the god damn forums and wiki before u start making threads, these questions have been answered hundreds of times!

well stjepanx,if you got two libraryes,if you give resources in the first the amount won't change,but in the second library i think the amount will be smaller

not unless your first library is of lower level than that library. just do what RileytheGreat said and then the amounts should be the same.

very important is to build up library on level 10 before u donate any resources in it! when u have library level 10 u start donate resources and u will get 1 free city point when u donate about 42000 each of resource...after 1st free city control point, input for 2nd one increase on about 95000...itc...
