Today there appeared 8 new high level heroes (level 45-49) which were not at all on the list till yesterday.

Is there any explanation for that ?
I would appreciate if I could get also such heroes.

No !!!
1.) If they would have been owned by someone else they would have been in the list already before. However, these heroes did not show up in the last months.
2.) If Riga would have offered them in the auction we would have seen that.

they are not trained, I use a hop honey, but when I went to the wells they disappeared, so I said to the server returns them back

1.) For me it is new that one can bring heroes easily up to level 49 using hop honey.
2.) Since the heroes were not on the list before does this mean that you got your heroes back at higher levels than they were before ?

What? Hop Honey gives max 50.000 experience points. What level were the heros before they all fell into the well and were retuned to you??

It seems that Riga has found the bug. Those heroes are not anymore on the list !!! I hope they will not come back ??!!!

The support had promissed to me that they would try to find out how this could have happened. So I assumed that something has been done.
Unfortunately those heroes are back again !!!!!
==> Have a look at the heroes statistics on server Grail.
It is quite unfair against other players who invest a lot of time to get their heroes at higher levels, if someone can get those just like that.
For me it seems that informing the support about a bug has no consequences !!!????

The same question have players from Livonian server - from where comes 9 very high level heros to the same player on Livonian server ? And if you are telling about hop honey - then from where comes such a amount of artifacts, which is not given in adventure huts?

Hop honey cant do that, it only gives max 50.000xp. This whole thing sounds a bit weird.

You can use 10 or 20 or 30 times hop honey, there is no limit for this

30 hop honey would give you 1.5mill xp not even enough to level a hero from lvl 36 to level 37. You would probably need thousands hop honeys to lvl that many heros to the late 40's. So no, not possible...

I just did some quick calculating: To get a hero from level 40 to level 49, you would need (about)3074 hop honey artifacts.
I don't think anybody in this game has access to such an amount of this artifact.

LOL! And then leveling the 6 heros from 40 to 49 would require 18444 hop honeys, If lvl 40 was even the starting point.
