You should write to http://support.ambergames.com/ with such questions. Most common problem with DaoPay is when a client is forgetting to press "complete payment" button after have called/SMSed. But the exact reason and payments checks should be done by our support team. |

Hi,
Nehmt Abstand - ich habe auch via Daopay gekauft - nun hat der Spielbetreiber scheinbar von 10 € pro 1000 Gold auf 50 € erhöht und Daopay schmeisst 20% drauf, wodurch meine letzte Buchung 60 € gekostet hat für 2000 Gold !!! Der Spielsupport antwortete nur auf die Kostenexplosion, dass Daopay so viel kostet und dass sie nichts dafür können. Daopay hingegen antwortete auf Anfrage, dass der Betreiber den Grundbetrag derart erhöht hat. Über die Teuerung wurde nicht vorab informiert und lediglich auf der Bezahlsite von Daopay schien der höhere Betrag auf, wodurch ich gleich bei beiden Supports urgiert habe, aber scheinbar zwecklos. Nun scheint das eine Abzockpartie zu werden. Nette Sache - hat vormals Spaß gemacht! LG |
