I made several payments via smscoin so far and it usually takes a few seconds for the gold to be added to my account...but I sent a sms today and almost 3 hours later (even though I got the "thank you for purchasing gold message") I still haven't been credited with the gold
 I am from South Africa...so is there a problem with the account service or what? |

Hi.
I´m a spanish player, that plays in "Holy grail" I´m looking for buy "gold" with my money (Euros). I had use this method: Click in Newbie subscription pack / Buy gold / Sms coin (48 countries) / And I fill in it (put my dates: Holy grail search;GeneralLozano;Spain;50; And it cost 1.50 Eur. I sent the sms on phone 5024. And the reply in my phone was: Thank you for purchase. But I hadn´t gold in my account. What´s the problem?? This is fraud or deception??? Please, help me!! I sent the sms now, maybe the gold could be tomorrow ?? |

i had a problem about this SMS thing ... i send an SMS from Buglaria and recieved one that sayed "you will receive you gold very soon " that was 5 days ago and there isn't any gold in my account
 please help
P.S. everyday i login in all 3 servers to see if there is mistake made by me and paying for another server but unfortunately no gold :( |
