Seaside Citadel and the Varangian Guard.
The game has a new military location - Sea Fortress. Capture of the Sea Fortress occurs on the same principle as the capture on the ordinary citadel. Owners of the Sea Fortress will have new skills available:
First skill gives a certain amount of extra points for the recruitment of marine vessels;
Second skill increases the speed of movement of vehicles through the valley.
Players will also be able to hire new soldiers - Varangian Guard, which is available only to those who own the Sea Fortress. New soldiers requires mercenary points and very good against mounted archers. Number to hire Varangian Guard is limited to the Fortress.

Changes in the resource system:
The game was removed two kinds of resources: coal and lime. Now all the actions in the game that require resources will only utilize three kinds of resources.
With the change of system resources, the resource-producing buildings have also changed. Now the resource buildings do not need a specific terrain in the city to construct, except Sawmills can not be built on Rocks; and Iron Mines and Quarries can not be built on Trees.
Also after the restart all the resource-producing buildings will be automatically removed from the forts. Players will be given compensation in the form of gold.
To obtain additional resources in the fort, players can construct a special building - one for each type of resource. These building have 20 levels, where each level requires gold to construct. Rapid construction of such buildings will be enabled to reduce construction time, which will be valid until 04/07/2016 and then the time will be the same again.
Rare artifact buildings, Coal Outcrop and British Lime Kiln will now give a bonus to the production of two other types of resources.

Soon, all the changes related to the resource system will lead to a system of shared resources in every city (similar to the general population), as well as changes to the market functions.

Other changes:
The appearance of the tutorial arrows has changed.

Good changes from what I can see

Can you please give more details on the cost of these buildings for each levels?

It's good to keep those 2 buildings, but I think they should be changed to:

British Lime Klin (level 1):
Iron resources extraction: 40
Stone resources extraction: 20

Coal Outcrop (level 1):
Wood resources extraction: 40
Stone resources extraction: 20

Each level would be changed accordingly so having both buildings means we always get the same resources equally instead of more stones, less of everything else.

Previously 5 max resource mines at fort cost 5*100 gold. Currently 1 fort resource mine giving at 20th level resources as previously 5, and each of 20 levels cost 25 gold, that make 20*25=500. The same price.
