Tacticians and strategists, we invite you to participate in 1100AD tournament of individual combat.
What do you need to take part? Only your will to do so!

Competition rules:
1. Player posts participation application on forum, where he includes server name, for which he wills to compete (if you want to fight on multiple servers - you are free to do so, write them all down).
2. If server will gain sufficient number of applications (a multiple of 16), players who submitted applications will be added to the tournament sheet.
3. Players will be formed in groups, in same order as participation applications were posted, with diplomacy between players in mind.
4. Battle schedule will be formed and players will be given 2-3 days for preparations. At that time, battlegrounds will be prepared.
5. If any player will not take part in fighting in assigned time, without warning event organizers and without rescheduling date or time of battle, one of organizers will take his place in battle.
Organizer's army is prepared before the tournament according to announced requirements.
If organizer wins the duel, both losing player and absent player armies will leave event and organizer will participate in next tour.
If organizer becomes a winner of the tournament, Grand Prize will be given to winner of 2nd place (and 2nd place prize will be given to player on 3rd place, 3rd place prize will be given to player on 4th place).
6. Event will be observed by 3 judges-organizers and game administration.
Administration is nor questionable nor liable for judges decisions, nor it has any influence over it.
7. If organizer decides that duel was a sham, both partaking players will leave the competition. Organizer's decision cannot be disputed.
Battle is considered a sham, if:
A) Any player has his army 20% weaker than required by event's rules;
B) Players don't have any formations in their forces, aggression and range parameters aren't set (i.e. player obviously isn't aiming for the victory);
C) During the battle, any player disbands 10% (or more) of his army.
8. Duel places are chosen by the draw. Allowed locations are:
- Quest locations of any type;
- Neutral cities with mobs;
- Pre-made cities of organizers;
- Pre-made outposts of organizers (placed several minutes before the beginning of battle).
Meeting location will be chosen following way:
First player from pair picks a number from 1 to 3, then second player picks a number from 1 to 5. After that leading administrator will announce the place of battle.

As the tournament progresses, every group of players will make debut of its sole victor. Victors from different groups will fight each over in random order, by guessing number from 1 to 100 - players with closest number to administrator's randomly generated number, will be paired accordingly.

Restrictions:
To participate in competition, player's army should not:
1. ...exceed 30000 population points and 50000 mercenary points.
2. ...contain any units without any cost of population points or mercenary points.
3. ...include more than 30 heroes.
4. ...include following unit types: carts, slaves. Number of scouts should not exceed 30, and number of marauders shouldn't exceed number of other ranged units.

IMPORTANT:
Battlegrounds will be created or opened on the map, please do not enter them (they are DANGEROUS). Please respect the organizer's work - they are doing it for you.
If players will visit battlegrounds outside of the event, server's applications may be suspended.

Applications can be submitted before November 17th, 20:00(server time).

Example of application:
Eurasia, Midgard, Aquitania, etc., and all servers you want fight on!

PRIZES:
1st place: 1 Mercenaries Control Point for servers with restrictions or 3 1 Mercenaries Control Points for servers without them + 5000 gold + 1500 Diamonds + Artifact set.
2nd place: 4000 gold + 1000 diamonds + Artifact set.
3rd place: 3000 gold + 500 diamonds + Artifact set.

All participants will receive participation awards!
