Holy Grail

1. Normallly one quotes "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." Neil Armstrong after jumping out of the moon lander. Hence I assume that you expect this answwer. +0.5

More correct would be, however, either the check list starting with Buzz Aldrin (Contact light) or Neill Armstrong : Houston, Tranquility base here. the eagle has landed.

if you want the full point, please choose one answer, not three

If "on the moon" has to be taken literally i.e. the person has actually to be on the surface of the moon and not anymore inside the lander the first of my answers should be the correct one. Hence my final answer to the first qestion is "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." Neil Armstrong

In adition, please read :http://www.politifact.com/texas/statements/2011/jan/22/rick-perry/rick-perry-says-first-word-spoken-moon-was-houston/
